Architectural authorship
Design intent is protected from brief and concept through spatial coordination, technical design and construction decisions.
VFN Design is a founder-led architecture and design practice built on more than 25 years of architectural and project-delivery experience. The studio's work, professional standards and reputation are directly connected to the person who leads every project: its founder, Chief Architect and Project Manager, Fəxrəddin Verdiyev.

VFN Design brings architecture, engineering coordination, BIM, project management and design performance into one integrated process. The aim is not simply to produce drawings, but to maintain continuity of thought from the first brief to coordinated delivery.
Because the founder is also the Chief Architect and Project Manager, design quality and project responsibility remain under one leadership. Client commitments, design decisions and the final result are therefore tied to the same professional reputation.
Architect and project leader with more than 25 years of professional experience across architecture, project management, construction supervision, BIM and sustainable design. VFN Design is built around that accumulated experience — and around direct personal responsibility for the quality of its work.
Verdiyev began working in architecture in 2000 while still a university student. From 2005 to 2014 he served as Chief Architect at AIKON CPIT, leading architectural delivery and supervision on major public and institutional projects. Since 2014 he has also worked independently and in senior architectural and project-management roles for public institutions, private clients and multidisciplinary design teams.
His experience spans the full project cycle: concept design, technical development, coordination with engineering disciplines, construction documentation, author supervision, client management and project delivery. That continuity is the model for VFN Design: design decisions and management decisions remain connected rather than being handed from one layer of the organisation to another.
Design intent is protected from brief and concept through spatial coordination, technical design and construction decisions.
Programme, consultants, approvals and delivery are managed as part of the same architectural process.
The professional reputation of VFN Design is inseparable from the reputation of its founder. Every commission is therefore a personal professional commitment.
Clear stages, deliverables and decision points create a transparent path from briefing through concept, coordination and technical design.
Structured information supports interdisciplinary coordination, clearer communication and better-informed decisions before construction.
Climate, light, wind, comfort, resources and project constraints are treated as design inputs rather than late-stage checks.
Design quality, programme, consultants and approvals are coordinated under the same project leadership.
When the company carries the founder's name, judgement and responsibility, quality is personal.
VFN Design is a new company, but the experience behind it is not. The practice carries forward more than two decades of architectural authorship, project leadership and responsibility on complex public, commercial, residential and infrastructure work.
